Our extensive beer garden, complete with a fabulous children's play area, is the perfect spot to unwind in the sunshine with your favourite drink and one of our freshly prepared meals. Inside, the pub offers a cosy and traditional setting, with roaring fires in the winter and a relaxed, sociable atmosphere year-round.

We’re just a short drive from Rotherham, Barnsley, and Sheffield, and only two miles from Junction 35 of the M1, making us easy to reach whether you’re visiting for a quiet pint, a countryside walk, or a special occasion.
There’s free parking available on-site, and we’re just a stone’s throw from local attractions including Wentworth Woodhouse, Holy Trinity Church, and the Wentworth Garden Centre – ideal for turning your visit into a day out.
Unfortunately, due to a gas supply issue on our kitchen, we’ve had to move the launch our new menu back a week and will be running a slightly reduced menu until then.

Aromas of malt loaf and marmalade give way to flavours of coffee, toffee and liquorice, coupled with underlying spice and cloves, finishing with a long, pleasingly bitter finish.
YORKSHIRE FARMER 🧑🌾 ABV 4%

A gold coloured beer light on the palate with a smooth bitter finish.
LANDLORD 🍺 ABV 4.3%

A classic pale ale with an amber hue, it opens with a complex citrus and fruity aroma, delivering a full but smooth malt body with a touch of sweetness, followed by a lingering, gentle bitter hop finish that keeps it refreshing.

Landlord Dark takes the celebrated Landlord profile and gives it a deeper, richer expression. Brewed from the same core recipe, it pours a ruby-brown colour with gentle notes of roasted malt, toffee and mature fruit.
FARMERS BLONDE 🧑🌾 ABV 4%

This award winning, very pale brilliant blonde beer has citrus and summer fruit aromas making it an extremely refreshing and ‘easy drinking’ ale.
